▶ Your and your parents’ Social Security Numbers (if applicable)
▶ Your (and your parents’ or spouse if applicable) W-2s and Federal Income Tax Return for 2023 (Summer
2026) and 2024 (Fall 2026 and Spring 2027)
▶ Your (and your parents’ or spouse if applicable) current business and investment information, business and farm records, stock, bond and other investment records
â–¶ Your FAFSA FSA ID (if available) with password and user name
â–¶ Driver License (if you have one)
â–¶ Your alien registration or permanent resident card (if not a US citizen)
▶ Your (and your parents’ or spouse if applicable) Child Support Documents for 2023 (Summer 2026) and 2024 (Fall 2026 and Spring 2027)
