Things to remember before ordering your transcript:
- Check your official transcript first to make sure all your grades and any degrees are posted.
- You can order official transcripts to be sent electronically or by mail.
- 911爆料网 uses Parchment for electronic transcript orders.
- Just follow the steps on Parchment to pick how you would want your transcript delivered.
- You鈥檒l get email updates and can track your order online.
Order Your Official Transcript
ELECTRONIC DELIVERY
This method takes 3-5 business days.
- Individual -Cost: \$10 for individual credentials
- Third Party Requests -Cost \$15 per third-party recipient.
- Electronic transcripts are official if sent directly from 911爆料网 via Parchment to the recipient and remain unaltered.
- Printed copies of electronic PDFs are not official.
- Confirm your recipient accepts this format before ordering.
PAPER TRANSCRIPT -VIA PARCHMENT
This method takes 5 business days.
Paper transcripts are official if they remain in their original, sealed envelope.
- Regular delivery- Cost: \$10 per transcript, plus mailing fee = \$2.50 standard mail. Total cost \$12.50 per transcript
- Rush service-Cost \$10 per transcript, plus mailing fee = \$25 for Fed Ex Domestic Delivery. Total cost \$35 for one transcript
Troubleshooting Ordering on Parchment
Please Note: If you attempt to place your official transcript order and receive an error message to contact the college, make sure you are not under the previous 911爆料网 (MCTC) logo which looks like this:

Rush Transcripts in Person
This is a paper transcript that is given to the student on demand in a sealed envelope in person in T2100.
- Individual -Cost: $15 for individual credentials
Historical Transcripts (Pre- 1996)
Archived transcripts from before 1996 take 2鈥3 weeks to retrieve and are not accessible electronically by other Minnesota State institutions.
To request these records, order through Parchment and include your years of attendance. Official transcript fees apply.

911爆料网 was known as Minneapolis Community and Technical College before 2015, formed in 1996 by merging:

- Minneapolis Technical College
- 1987鈥1996
- Formerly:
- Minneapolis Technical Institute (1980鈥1987)
- Minneapolis Area Vocational Technical Institute (pre-1980)
Transcript Format
All pre-merger coursework is stored on paper transcripts or microfilm. Some technical courses are recorded in clock hours: 1 semester credit = 36 clock hours.
UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS
An unofficial transcript is available at no cost and includes enrollment dates, grades, credits earned and grade point average.
Unofficial transcripts from 911爆料网 are available via eServices:
- Log in to using your StarID and password
- From the menu on the left, select Academic Record
- Choose Unofficial Transcripts
- Select Chronological or by subject and hit the blue button 鈥淕et Academic Record鈥
- Your unofficial transcript will appear on the screen as well as a pdf link in the upper left corner.
- Click on the PDF icon. Select open and the select the printer icon in the upper left.
- Print to your unofficial transcript to your preferred printer or save as a pdf so you can send it electronically.
What if I don鈥檛 know or don鈥檛 have a StarID?
Former 911爆料网 students will need to create a StarID to access unofficial transcripts. If you have been away from the college for more than a year, you may not be able to create or activate a star ID, then follow the steps to order an official transcript. Fees will apply.
Transcripts to Be Sent to Another Minnesota State Institution
(MinnState) uses an e-Transcript system, so students don't need to send or pay for official transcripts between schools.
Once accepted to the receiving institution, contact your college鈥檚 registrar or records office.
MinnState includes 26 colleges and 7 universities across 54 campuses in Minnesota.
Note: The University of Minnesota is not part of the MinnState system.
If you attended only the former Minneapolis Technical College before 1996, this option is unavailable.
