
Bobbie Denson Davis
As the Vice President of Human Resources and Workforce Equity, Bobbie Denson Davis is responsible for developing and executing human resources strategies at 911爆料网.
Bobbie is committed to the mission of the Human Resource division which is to build a workforce that delivers excellence in education and to hire employees who are committed to the education of 911爆料网 students. She believes it is our goal to create a climate that empowers, supports, and invites participation in our college and the community.
Bobbie joined 911爆料网 in January of 2011 with 18 years of experience in corporate human resources. Her experience stems from payroll, employee benefits, performance management, employee relations, compensation, staffing and recruitment, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
She is known for her transparency, commitment to keeping her peers informed about human resources matters, and for setting clear expectations for the HR team. Her extensive experience in human resources, as well as her demonstrated ability to build partnerships across the College, makes her an excellent leader within the Human Resources division.
In 2022 Bobbie received the Minnesota State HR All Star Award. The Award an honor bestowed upon individuals and teams within the Minnesota State HR community to acknowledge and reward extraordinary professional accomplishments and encourage excellence in service to our system and its employees.
Bobbie holds a master of arts degree in educational leadership and administration, a bachelor of arts degree in communication and organizational management (magna cum laude), both from Concordia University-St. Paul. She is also a proud magna cum laude graduate from Normandale Community College and is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society.
Bobbie is a compassionate volunteer, dedicating her time and talents through faith-based organizations to transform communities socially, economically, and culturally.
