In this section, you will find a variety of resources to assist you in your Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion and Anti-Racism Journey. This is not an exhaustive list. You can find additional resources in the MPLS – E and I Teams Channel.

Campus Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Definitions

  • Equity and Inclusion has developed a set of DEI definitions for the campus. The rationale for creating college wide definitions is to provide a common language for our campus community. A common language assists us to have a consistent understanding for more effective communication to create an inclusive campus community. This is a growing document that will be updated as more definitions are established.

Community Healing Collaborative

  • The Community Healing Collaborative builds community-based ecosystems that support diverse needs for the mental and overall health of students, faculty, staff and the communities that we serve.
